I'm in the school since 3 weeks to learn spanish and I know that when I'm ready with the courses in 2 months, i can live here in Valencia with out much problems to speak the language. The course with the changing times and teachers is very cool. Also with the activities in the evenings. It's a school where it is fun to learn..!!

Update (July 2024) Excellent school with great teachers, shootout to Carol and Nuria just to name a few. I was able to make some good progress on speaking and writing just under 3 weeks of classes. Definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn Spanish easily while having fun! —————————————————————— Just started in this school after reviewing the many great reviews on Google. All I can say is it is well organized, there are fun and diversified activities and teachers are great and passionate! Plus apartments are very confortable and well located in the city. Furthermore, the school building is modern and has all amenities needed to study Spanish. Will update my review towards the end of my 3-week course but we’re off to a good start so far 🙂

4 weken Spaans cursus bij Taronja De Taronja school is een leuk, kleurrijk gebouw, gelegen in het centrum van Valencia. De lessen zijn interessant en productief en de leraren zijn behulpzaam en wat me opviel, erg jong. De lesmethode die Taronja gebruikt beviel me zeer en is voor mij een van de redenen om binnenkort terug te gaan. De activiteiten die elke week gepland worden rondom de lessen zorgen ervoor dat je meer te weten komt over de Spaanse cultuur en helpen mee aan je ontwikkeling in de Spaanse taal. Na vier weken 20 uur per week les te hebben gehad en aan een groot deel van de activiteiten deel genomen te hebben heb ik een zekere basis Spaans opgebouwd en heeft me alleen maar gemotiveerd om er beter in te worden. De accommodaties die de school aanbiedt zijn centraal gelegen en op loopafstand van de school en omringd door genoeg restaurants om je 's avonds te redden. Taronja wil ik zeker aanraden aan iedereen die niet alleen Spaans wil leren maar daarnaast een geweldige tijd wil beleven in Valencia.

Hi guys! I'm Elena, a 30yo Italian girl from Venice. I spent 3 weeks in the beautiful city of Valencia 4 years ago, it was my first vacation in Spain and I decided to start learning the language doing a course in Taronja. What a great choice! Days passed by super quickly, I really enjoyed the time I spent there as I felt part of a huge family. They propose interesting activities every day and night and during the week end, supporting people in interacting and meeting new friends. I learnt a lot, Professors were kind and professional and the method they use is the best I tried up to now. I planned my vacations in Barcelona, Malaga and Madrid, always matching with Spanish lessons, during the following 3 years but Taronja remains my favourite. Swapping courses timing every day gives you a lot of free time to go to the beach or visit the city. Nice idea the cooking lessons, too! Super positive feedback for you guys! Estupenda escuela, amables profesores, muchas actividades y una experiencia de vida fenomenal! I did an intensive course at Taronja last summer and all I can say is it was an amazing, unforgettable experience. Everything is organised very well, relaxed study environment and a certain way to make you love the language even more. Very sociable, amusing and the location is just perfect. Not to mention that Valencia is such a lovely place that since then I have been dreaming of moving there for good. I will definitely do a course there again and I would recommend it to everyone :-)))

I just spent 11 weeks at Taronja and loved every minute of it. The classes were fun and engaging and my Spanish improved a lot. You have 2 different teachers each week so you get to experience different teaching styles, they also have activities 6 days a week so you have the chance to socialise outside of school hours and get to know the other students and teachers. I loved it that much that I’m going back for another 5 months in February, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this school to anyone who’s looking to learn Spanish and also meet lots of new people.

A friendly school with great teachers and nice facilities. I was only there for a week but my confidence in speaking improved significantly. I came on my own but it was so easy to make friends through all the social activities and I loved meeting people from all over the world from ages 19-70. I had an amazing time and hope I can go back for longer next summer!
